Town Of Bayfield Sewer Issues

The Town of Bayfield recently announced a voluntary moratorium on the issuance of new sewer taps. The current sewer plant is at or near capacity. Obviously, somebody dropped the ball in the planning department, because numerous new subdivisions were approved and are in various stages of development. For the short term, the Town fathers are looking at the possibility of renting a "package plant". Long term they expect to have the expanded plant completed by the end of 2008.
This moratorium does not affect the Forest Lakes Subdivision because they have their own sewer processing plant.
If you would like more information on how this will affect the prices of homes in the city limits of Bayfield, please give me a call.
