New Team Member Added

Team Lorenz is proud to announce the addition of Andy Roach who is joining our team as our listing specialist. Andy is a third generation Colorado native. Born in Wheat Ridge, a suburb of Denver, he and his family spent the last seventeen years in the Chicagoland area. Andy obtained his real Estate license in 1980. That experience enabled him to transition into the mortgage business in the mid 80’s. Mr. Roach most recently held the position of Senior Vice President/ Regional Manger of a national mortgage banking firm. He was responsible for multiple branches across a five state region in the Midwest. After a successful career in mortgage banking, Andy and his family made the decision to reestablish roots and Colorado and they converted their second home in Durango to their full time residence.

Andy and Nancy celebrated their 20^th wedding anniversary this past June. They have a daughter Ali who is enrolled at the University of Arizona and Connor is a junior at Durango High and a member of the golf team. Andy brings a tremendous amount of enthusiasm to his new position as Listing Specialist with Team Lorenz. Let him put his experience to work for you!
