Every year for the past 31 winters, Durango residents have gathered to blow off steam and get rid of cabin fever. I'm not exactly sure what we did before Snowdown, but I can guarantee you it was not as much fun. Over 60 events take place..from spelling bees to super hot spiced chicken wings eating contests, bed races and more. Snowdown runs through Sunday and here is a link to the calendar of events:

Snowdown isn't just for the adults. There are plenty of kids events as well.
