Just a Little Bit of Bragging

It isn't very often that I talk about the accomplishments of Team Lorenz.
But two weeks ago our team was the recipient of the sales volume leader award
in The Wells Group for the year 2008. For a number of years we have always
been in the top three or four for our firm, but in 2008 we saw our team sales
volume rise nearly 30% while almost everybody in the marketplace saw a decline
in their sales volume. In addition, our sales volume was such that
our Team ended up number two in the entire county for production. My
little Team has certainly made me proud and it is only with a good
team effort that we were able to achieve the results that we did in 2008.
My special thanks to Lisa Govreau buyer specialist; Nicole Ferrarese Perino
buyer specialist; and Andy Roach the team listing specialist.

In addition, I was honored to receive the education award given by
The Wells Group for my strong commitment in not only attending real
estate conferences, conventions and educational seminars, but for
my willingness to teach classes at The Wells Group on various real
estate related topics. I certainly enjoy teaching and feel honored
to be asked to impart to others what I have learned over the last
33 years in the real estate business.

If you're not yet a client of Team Lorenz, please feel free to give
us a call and we would be happy to explain the advantages of the team
concept and how that could be good for you. In these difficult real
estate times, you certainly want someone on your side who knows what
they are doing and how to get things done. Our records certainly speaks
to those points. We look forward to talking with you and putting our
many years of experience to work for you.

As I've gotten older and there's some gray hair around my ears, I'm reminded
of the nervous woman who got on an airplane and asked the flight attendant
if the captain was a young guy or somebody with a little gray hair? "Why do you ask?
All of our pilots are licensed" the attendant queried. "Oh, having the license is not the same thing as having experience. Plus, if he is an older pilot, it means he knows how to survive." When, or if, your transaction hits some "bumps".... and more and more deals
are seeing that.... do you want a rookie on your side or someone who
has weathered many a storm and has the gray hair to prove it?
