P is For Peanut

Got kids? Here’s a rather avante garde idea for our community. How about a restaurant that totally caters to kids (or grandkids) and their health-conscious parental units? P is for Peanut is just the place. The menu varies from the simpler PBJ’s (freshly ground from organic peanuts on-site) and variations to include M & M’s and bananas, to salads and homemade soups and smoothies.

As for ambience, the kids can color on the chalkboard walls in one room, read or be read to in a separate room, or play with an oversized doll house. There’s a train table to play on and eight separate tables for “play groups”, and they even offer toys for sale. It’s a terrific place to have a customized birthday party, complete with arts and crafts and individual ice cream cookies! So the next time the weather’s gloomy and you’re looking for something yummy, fun and nutritious for you and the youngster’s to do, remember P is for Peanut!
