In this ever changing market, it is of utmost importance for your Durango Realtor to be on top of the latest, most up to date information. I just returned from a 2 day meeting in Phoenix with 120 CyberStars from across North America. The CyberStars are a by-invitation-only master mind group of top real estate brokers who are also tech savvy. There are just 200 of us in North America.
Classes and panel discussions included topics such as: short sale and foreclosures; pricing properties for the current market...not last year's market; home staging; using video and YouTube.com; Facebook and other social media; the latest in cameras; and so much more. While most Realtors are experiencing down years, many in this group of advanced brokers have reported increased or even record sales volumes in 2008. Those results were not from luck, but rather were the result of hard work AND a dedication to improving through education. The lessons learned and ideas shared at the CyberStar Summit will be part of what Team Lorenz will implement in '09 to improve our services to all of you interested in the Durango real estate market..
