Real Estate Investors Seminar Tonight

Wednesday, March 18 at 5:30 PM, we will be holding a seminar for people interested in investing in real estate. This seminar will run from 5:30 PM until 7 PM and will be held in the lower level conference room of the Wells Group on the corner of 9th St. and Main Avenue. There'll be an accountant present to discuss tax ramifications; two lenders to discuss loan products as well as the differing criteria required to qualify for an investor type loan; and John Wells from our office will present various properties that could be a good fit.
