Very seldom do we get a property on the water in this part of the state. This fabulous mountain retreat overlooks Lake Purgatory and is less than three minutes to the parking lot at Durango Mountain Resort. With over 4400 ft.² this home has everything you would expect at its $1.4 million price tag. Each bedroom has its own bathroom in the tall ceilinged great room features a wall of windows with the view of the lake on one side and a two-story Moss rock fireplace that opens to both the kitchen and the great room.
